01. Meet Tyson

Tyson is friendly, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable about materials, innovative design, functionality, the building process and style. He enjoys chatting about current trends and technology in the building industry and being a mentor to his clients. Tyson will guide you through the entire process and ensure the highest quality results are achieved. In this stage, Tyson will discuss your wants and needs for your new home and provide you with the best option for moving forward (new build, renovation, rebuild).

02. Design

Tyson will work with you to help you custom design the home of your dreams. From your initial design consultations, you will then have access to an array of architects, draftsmen and engineers based on your vision, design brief, budget and timeframe. The design process is incredibly personal, and often very project specific. We're passionate about bringing your vision to life through custom builds and take pride in not adopting a one size fits all approach.

03. CONSTRUCTION

After the design phase, we’re ready to begin construction and bring your home to life. We can guarantee the process will be incredibly relaxed, quality-oriented and inclusive. Tyson will regularly meet you on-site to walk through and share progress. He’ll keep the lines of communication open so that you have first-hand experience of your home coming to life. Tyson believes in having his clients actively involved and always welcomes conversation and questions, especially during the construction phase.

04. Handover

It's almost time to move in! Handover is such a fantastic moment in the building process, and an excellent opportunity for clients to see how their vision has come to life. Tyson will do a thorough walk-through with you to ensure that you are more than satisfied with the results. Tyson finds that the relationships formed with clients as a result of working so intimately remain long after handover, which he values.
