Our Mill Residence was designed to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living, capture and utilise natural elements and incorporate sustainability through the use of reclaimed and raw materials - and it does just that!

This beautiful coastal themed abode is set amongst the leafy green suburb of Buderim, with the external facade paying respects to the surrounding Queenslander styled homes with its modern take on the classic gable design. Large clerestory windows sit above 6m wide glass stacking doors, which open on either side of the living and dining area, allowing an abundance of light and breeze to fill the house.

The large kitchen and butlers pantry is an entertainers delight with room for the whole family - and some. Behind the timber batten feature wall hides the media and rumpus rooms which can be closed off from the open planned areas of the house. A custom bay window overlooks the front yard and crystal clear pool, while other custom made Victorian Ash timber fixtures throughout the home adds warmth and beauty against bright white walls and the burnished concrete floors.
