The first step will be arranging an initial on-site meeting with Tyson to review the existing home. He’ll look at the current landscaping, identify any potential obstacles and determine the most cost-effective solution to accommodate your new home. For example, maintaining sections of the house or the slab could save you serious dollars.

After the initial assessment, we’ll then assist you with designing your brand new home. Tyson will work closely with you throughout the design phase to ensure that your new home design will complement the existing land and any parts of the previous dwelling that may be kept intact. We’ll arrange for the disconnection of all existing utilities and services so the property will be fit for demolition.

One of the benefits of a rebuild is having creative freedom—no need to design around existing walls or other structural limitations. We’ll be able to optimise the natural light, wind and sun direction for the property. There will also be no hidden costs associated with little surprises sometimes found under old concrete or walls.

He will also connect you with local interior designers to get professional guidance when deciding on your interior and exterior finishes.
