Our bold and beautiful Adaluma Residence is a home the whole family, young and old, gets to enjoy.

Located on the shorelines of the Mooloolaba River, this north facing home has captured the essence of waterfront living. The original 1970’s house was the first built in the street and has been kept in the family ever since. After many years of planning, the existing house was demolished to make way for our clients dream home, all 636sqm of it!

Upon entering through a 3 metre high custom made Blackbutt entry door, you’ll be blown away by the extravagance of the 6 metre high square set ceiling in the entry void and the glass bay window that looks directly out over the 12 metre long crystal blue tiled pool and beautiful landscaping. Space is in abundance at Adaluma with the home consisting of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large rumpus / games room, three car garage, boat shed, multiple living areas and a large contemporary open plan kitchen overlooking the outdoor entertaining area with river views.

Our hand made Blackbutt timber staircase adds a warm earthy tone into the home which continues into the kitchen, bathrooms and throughout the rest of the home.
